INSTRUCTIONS & CARE:
1.Remove the protective cover
2.Clip to side of pan or fryer
3.Tip should never touch the bottom of pan or sides
4.Do not heat to beyond thermometer temperature
5.Allow to cool while clipped to the pan or place on a dry cloth
6.DO NOT place hot thermometer on cold/wet surface
7.DO NOT wipe or handle hot thermometer with a wet cloth
8.Clean the thermometer stem before each us
