Our Scottish Kilt has a elastic waist with Velcro to fasten the kilt closed. Includes attached sporran which can double as a pocket.
One size fits most Length is approx 54cm. The waist measures approx 76cm to 104cm Don't forget to add your Tam -o-Shanter Hat to complete the look.
